Fluid worked closely with TESM to help design and develop an IT Self-service portal to manage support tickets for this large pharmaceutical company.

The product design is user-centric and follows best practice methodologies to ensure the platform is simple to use, with little or no support. In addition, the prototyping via AdobeXD helped iron out the UX wrinkles and fast-track the product through to the development phase.
