We were invited to help this large pharmaceutical company to update and improve the UI and UX of its online project management tool. Although the tool was well established and widely adopted across the organisation, users found it difficult to navigate and very time-consuming to do the simplest of tasks.

Ensuring that the user came first, Fluid designed the all-new modern interface and used AdobeXD prototypes to clearly demonstrate the overall workflow and user experience. In addition, we worked closely with key stakeholders to help streamline some of the portals’ forms and processes.
